YAY! I finally made these!
In this picture you can see two tipical kinds of fresh pasta which are very popular here in Emilia Romagna! :D

The pronunciation "caplèt" and "turtee" comes from the dialect of my city, Reggio Emilia (yes, one of the cities of the famous Parmigiano-Reggiano).
In italian, they're actually called "cappelletti" and "tortelli".
When I was a child, I used to prepare these dishes with my grandma, in her kitchen, and I always stole some of the filling, or a piece of the pasta. :)

This is one of the creations I feel closer to me so far, so I hope you guys like! :)

Inizialmente credevo avessi preso dei tortellini e dei ravioli e ci avessi attaccato le monachelle, già così sarebbe stata una cosa originalissima :XD: !!!! Complimenti, sono perfetti!!!

Sicuramente, infatti sta cosa non mi tornava, per non parlare del fatto che la pasta all'uovo tende a sgretolarsi quando si secca ahahah!
