YAY! I finally made these!
In this picture you can see two tipical kinds of fresh pasta which are very popular here in Emilia Romagna!
The pronunciation "caplèt" and "turtee" comes from the dialect of my city, Reggio Emilia (yes, one of the cities of the famous Parmigiano-Reggiano).
In italian, they're actually called "cappelletti" and "tortelli".
When I was a child, I used to prepare these dishes with my grandma, in her kitchen, and I always stole some of the filling, or a piece of the pasta.
